Wandsworth Common is a prime residential area in the south-west of London.

The majority of the housing stock is made up of Victorian and Edwardian properties, and over the last 20 years, or so, the area has been steadily gentrified. During this time numerous new schools have opened and many outstanding specialist shops, bars and good quality restaurants have established themselves. For these reasons, together with ample open spaces and easy access both into the centre of London and out towards the south and west of England, the area has become increasingly popular with young families.
