Wandsworth Common is a prime residential area in the south-west of London.

The majority of the housing stock is made up of Victorian and Edwardian properties, and over the last 20 years, or so, the area has been steadily gentrified.

The Heaver Estate was built around the turn of the last century and mainly comprises substantial houses with high ceilings, ornate Victorian architecture and generous room sizes.
